Electric Fan
A big drag on your 4.3 is the stock clutch fan. By removing it and replacing it with an electric fan you will free up the used power that your motor had to produce to turn the fan. First you will have to remove the top half of the fan shroud. Then remove the belt. Next remove the 4 bolts holding the fan to the water-pump pulley. Pull the fan off the motor and reinstall the pulley and belt. Wire in your fan and reinstall the shroud.
